I had to go to the ER today, I have a shunt in my brain that drains the water off, well this morning it decided it doesnt want to work anymore, the doctors got it to work somewhat, I have to go back to the hospital tomorrow and get another CT scan, if theres still water on my brain ill have to get it changed and that will put me out of commission for 3 months, so im really hoping for positive results tomorrow, ive had the same shunt since I was 8 months old, I have less than 1% chance of living if they took it out and didnt put another one in, so its pretty important. Heres a picture of what it looks like. Thanks guys.

The brain is such a useful organ to have working properly. I'll pray for you right now.  Done.

I had a capillary in my brain explode just over 10 years ago. Pretty much half of my body was paralyzed for a few days, then I gradually got control back. At present, no one can tell but me that I still have some coordination issues on the left side. I'm sure that was all minor compared to what you're potentially facing each day. Ugh.
